As you may be aware from previous years the little dog tries to save his pennies and then put his furry paws in his pocket and dig deep for charity. And as well as donating a generous percentage of his Christmas sale profits from the entire range, he works with a number of local organisations throughout the year and donates raffle prizes, stock over runs and end of line products. In his local area he supports

Last year the monetary donation went to CancerBacup, a charity that supports and provides information for patients and families when they have been diagnosed with cancer. This year the money will be divided between the Magic Appeal, a local charity that provides hospital equipment for Derby’s cancer unit and the following charities that provide support and care for patients in the last stages of the disease.
Marie Curie, Treetops Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support.

The little dog is also sponsoring a working school trip organised by Chellaston Secondary School to visit Uganda in July 2007. The students will help with painting and decorating an orphanage for children diagnosed with Aids. They will be raising money throughout the year and the little dog will be pestering his friends and contacts to ensure the students reach their targets.

If you would like any further information on the charities involved or wish to be considered for next years donations please feel free to contact our website and leave your details.
